Santer is a real estate impact fund manager at Schroders Capital, where he selects investment strategies that aim to deliver quantifiable societal and environmental impact alongside financial returns. Through Schroders Capital’s Real Estate Impact Fund, he targets investments in deprived areas of the UK to address social inequality and drive economic prosperity. Santer has more than 25 years’ experience across commercial, residential and impact real estate investing. Prior to Schroders Capital, he was chief investment officer at Primary Health Properties and held various roles on pan-European and UK-only real estate funds at PGIM Real Estate and MGPA. He holds an MBA from the University of Warwick.
