The EG Awards are all about celebrating the very best things about the real estate sector and we are back to do the same this year.

On 2 November at London’s Grosvenor House hotel, we’ll be celebrating the very best deals, the very best developments, the best businesses, the greatest places to work, the upcoming talent, the game-changers, the inspirations and all the good that real estate does.

Over the past few years, we have reimagined the EG Awards: We have removed the necessity to wear black tie. Of course, we still want you to dress up and look your best, but who are we to confine you to a tux or an evening gown? And this year, we are starting on our journey to make the EG Awards a net zero carbon event. We might not quite get there this time, but we will start measuring and implementing even more ways to deliver on our own ESG principles. We know we will have to offset some carbon, but we will seek to do that as a last resort.

We will be vegetarian again, we will be as paperless as possible and much more. But above all that, we will be bringing this market back together to showcase the power, purpose and progress that real estate does and can make. You’ll get the chance to party with the changemakers of the industry.

Bring your team to celebrate the hard work they are doing and recognise their talent. Let us entertain you while you suss out what your competition is doing and how you can beat them next year.

Whether you’re in it to win it or just want to be at the best night out in property, make sure to put 2 November in your diary now.

It offers commercial real estate owners a powerful new capital markets option to release value from their assets to the widest possible pool of global investors, including retail investors. IPSX is open to institutional-grade commercial real estate owners, including owner-occupiers, and provides the flexibility to sell all of an asset, or part, and retain some, with future optionality to further sell down or reacquire shares. IPSX transforms real estate investment, for the first time enabling direct investment into prized commercial real estate assets via a public market. Now investors of all types can gain access to income-producing, institutional-grade real estate assets with secondary market liquidity, through buying shares, traded on a regulated stock exchange. Through IPSX, investors can obtain access to real estate assets previously accessible only to institutions, sovereign wealth funds and private equity real estate funds, who could access real estate through the direct purchase of assets. Only through IPSX, any investor can now hold a share in a company that owns a building worth £50m or more.
