    David Savage, partner, Charles Russell Speechlys

    Savage advises employers, contractors and consultants on a wide range of building and civil engineering matters, both domestically and internationally. He also advises the firm’s private clients on high-value residential construction projects. Savage has a wide experience of working on the various forms of standard conditions such as JCT, ICE, NEC, MF/1, IChemE and FIDIC, as well as numerous bespoke forms of construction contract. He advises on the full scope of construction issues ranging from procurement/contract strategies through to dispute avoidance/resolution.

    Alex Price, chief executive UK, Fiera Real Estate

    Price joined Fiera Real Estate in 2003, initially charged with creating the fund management business within Fiera Real Estate. He set up and managed the Palmer Capital Development Fund and its successor vehicle. He was promoted to chief executive in 2008. Prior to Fiera Real Estate, Price served as an officer in the British Army before starting his financial career with Credit Lyonnais Securities in 1997. He has an MBA from the London Business School and is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a board director and member of the iInvestment committee.
