Mark Williams is co-founder of RivingtonHark, the UK’s specialist town and city centre regeneration company. With over £1bn projects under management, RivingtonHark uniquely splits its work 50% for the public sector and 50% where it co-invests with global funds. Williams leads the investment and strategy side of the business. He is a former chair of the government’s Retail Property Taskforce and past president of Revo. Prior to RivingtonHark he led the fundraising for Liverpool One and advised Nuveen on the creation of the Birmingham Alliance, as well as acting for occupiers such as M&S and Safeway in corporate takeover situations.
