I spent the first 15 years in the real estate and construction industry as a commercial and claims lead on technically complex projects ranging from Heathrow Terminal 2 to the construction of Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium in 2019. I then launched a number of property and construction companies and am currently co-founder and commercial director of EEDN, a consultancy start-up in the technical real estate sector. Having just finished our second year of business, we have already partnered with niche industry experts to help clients plan and deliver quality control laboratories, centres for innovation, campuses and more.

I have a number of qualifications including a master’s in construction law and dispute resolution from King’s College London and have won industry awards and published articles/journals. I was recently appointed policy lead for small and medium-sized businesses for the City of London corporation and sit on this authority’s property investment board as well as many other boards including within the chartered institute of building.

I can therefore provide a unique high-level perspective and understanding of the UK’s life science real estate sector and where it may develop in the future.
