Richard is head of the firm’s Regeneration team – one of the biggest dedicated development and regeneration teams in the UK – and enables his private and public sector clients to successfully deliver major residential and mixed-use regeneration projects.  He also co-leads the firm’s Build to Rent sub-sector working with landowners, developers and investors – Build to Rent forms part of a range of residential asset classes which are delivered under our Living banner allowing us to share best practice.
