How much commercial space faces expiring leases over the next six months – and where?

More than 45m sq ft of commercial leases recorded by EG Radius will come to an end in the first half of 2022. Nearly half (21.1m sq ft) of this is industrial space, while expiring office leases total 13.7m sq ft. Although less retail space – 9.8m sq ft – is nearing a lease end in the coming months, the sector represents the largest number of individual expiring leases at 3,807.
