Our Q3 London Office Market Analysis shows letting volumes totalled less than 1m sq ft for the first time since 2002, putting year-to-date transacted space at just above 4m sq ft. Despite this, there were signs of hope, with investment levels growing from £515m in Q2 to £800m in Q3.
