CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS REGARDING METRICS
Contributed data will be quality scored against 4 criteria:
Once the subscribers subscription starts there is a 30 grace period to allow the subscriber to normalise contributions within the organisation before EG will start to enforce data quality thresholds.
Failure to deliver quality data to the EG Radius product is defined as:
- If any data quality metric (timeliness, proportion, volume or accuracy) falls below 80% for a period of 30 consecutive days, this constitutes failure.
- The client has 30 days to take remedial action to address the problem as set out in Clause 6 of the main body of the agreement.
- After 30 days EG will start again to measure the contributions – any data submitted prior to the failure will not count toward ongoing measurement of the data quality metrics (as relating to the criterion that failed).
